Comme des Garçons 10 – AI Exploration

This personal project was an experiment in using a full AI workflow to create a short conceptual ad for the Comme des Garçons perfume line. The idea was to imagine a surreal world of black peonies, where the flowers explode and give birth to the fragrance itself.

The process combined multiple AI and creative tools:

  • MidJourney for initial style frames and floral explorations.

  • ComfyUI with Flux Kontext to integrate the product into generated environments and refine the final stills.

  • Veo 3 for animation and cinematic direction.

  • Suno AI to compose an original soundtrack with a deep, sophisticated fashion atmosphere.

  • Final Compositing in After Effects, where I refined timing, adjusted colors, and applied subtle tricks to make the AI-generated elements merge into a coherent, polished sequence.

The result is a short film that merges surreal imagery, motion, and sound into a speculative fashion ad — a study in how AI tools can be directed with a clear concept and art direction to produce compelling visual storytelling.
