Movia × Copenhell — Festival Bus Concept
A bus wrap concept developed for Movia’s dedicated Copenhell festival route in Copenhagen.
The project explored how the physical structure of the bus itself could become part of the visual experience. Two interactive concepts were developed using the doors as active compositional elements — one transforming the opening doors into a moving jaw structure, the other splitting a skull illustration across the entry point so passengers would physically move through the artwork when boarding.
The selected direction combined large-scale illustration with interaction and subcultural references inspired by Copenhell’s visual identity for that year. The artwork adopted a woodcut-inspired graphic language, integrating subtle symbolic details connected to the festival and its headlining acts.
The result transformed a functional transport surface into a temporary spatial identity tied directly to the festival experience.
